Conference Calls - conduct calls with multiple agents on the call, charged at $0.0018 - $0.004/min per participant. Price depends on which Twilio data center the call is routed through.

Answerphone Detection - stop forwarded calls being answered by agent's personal device answerphone, charged at $0.0075/call
