20 language packs

Offering the portal and user-facing emails in a different language is as simple as installing a new language pack. Users can choose from English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Russian, Japanese, Danish, Finnish, German, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Norwegian, Arabic, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish or Turkish.

Go fully global

If you want to offer the maximum number of languages, set DeskPRO to automatically install new language packs as they become available.

Users select their preferred language for browsing the portal and receiving emails.

Route chats by language

If our translation of any user-facing phrase isn't quite right for your dialect or region, you can provide your own custom text. You control the copy on every portal page and email template.

Automatic language detection

DeskPRO automatically sets the ticket language by examining the incoming email. Of course, your agents can set the language for a ticket or user manually too.

Microsoft Translator integration

Don't mistake a sales inquiry for a spam message just because it's written in an unfamiliar language.

Custom date formatting

Prefer the 24 hour clock, or want to see the month before the day? You have full control over the display of dates and times displayed on your helpdesk, so you can use the format that's most familiar to your agents.

Agent timezones

Each agent can set their own independent timezone, so if your staff need to collaborate across timezones, they'll always see times for their own location.
