Every organization needs different things from its helpdesk. DeskPRO is one of the most flexible helpdesk platforms on the market, but inevitably some of our customers find they need to do something that DeskPRO can’t.
With most helpdesk platforms, you’d have to accept the missing functionality, or at best use an awkward, time-wasting workaround.
DeskPRO is different. We’re open to custom development work to add the missing feature you need, at affordable rates.
We can do this for two reasons:
The scope of work is always fully agreed up front and delivered for a fixed price in a set timeframe. A small tweak can cost as little as $250, with most projects falling between $1000 and $10,000.
We require payment in advance for work under $5,000; billing is 50% up front and 50% on delivery for projects above this size.
If you’re not a current DeskPRO customer, we can provide a quote for any modifications you need as part of the sales process.
