Deskpro becomes a small team of support superheroes, with employees across Canada, Hawaii, Russia and the UK.
Co-founder and CTO Chris N emigrates from Canada; to help Chris P set up the Deskpro HQ in London.
Deskpro releases iPhone and Android apps, so customers can manage their helpdesk on-the-go.
A brand new helpdesk interface makes life easier, simpler, and more beautiful for thousands of support agents all over the world.
After a period of intense growth, we expand our lead development and commercial teams in London.
Deskpro software helps thousands of businesses over the globe provide their customers with better support.
Deskpro is selected as one of Europe's fastest growing technology companies by Deloitte.
Deskpro moves to a brand new office and unveils a new Voice channel; with much, much more to come.
Since we launched in 2002, Deskpro now powers thousands of support teams across the world, who use Deskpro to support millions of their customers. Our helpdesk software is trusted by organizations of all sizes.
Our Head Office is located in Wimbledon, London - just a three minute walk from the center of town. This is where our lead development, commercial and support teams are based.
We use the Deskpro product to support our own customers, so this is where we work on tirelessly improving our on-premise and cloud helpdesk software solutions.
We believe incredible things happen when people are relaxed and enjoy themselves, both inside and outside of the office.
We don’t get hung up on stuff like dress codes, but we do have high expectations of ourselves when it comes to building the world’s best helpdesk software.
