Our story, vision and values
Since we launched in 2002, Deskpro now powers thousands of support teams across the world, who use Deskpro to support millions of their customers. Our helpdesk software is trusted by organizations of all sizes.
Our Head Office is located in Putney, London on the bank of the River Thames. This is where our lead development, commercial and support teams are based.
We use the Deskpro product to support our own customers, so this is where we work on tirelessly improving our on-premise and cloud helpdesk software solutions.
We believe incredible things happen when people are relaxed and enjoy themselves, both inside and outside of the office.
We don’t get hung up on stuff like dress codes, but we do have high expectations of ourselves when it comes to building the world’s best helpdesk software.
With monthly socials, weekly team lunches, and legendary Christmas and Summer parties, we play just as hard as we work.
