About Active Directory
Manage agent and user authentication with Deskpro's Azure Active Directory integration. Use your existing Active Directory service to drastically simplify account management with flexible authentication methods. You can also allow existing Windows domain accounts to login to your helpdesk.
You can use Active Directory authentication for users, agents or both, across either deployment of Deskpro, Cloud or On-Premise. You don't have to pay more to use Active Directory with Deskpro, it's included at no extra charge.
Deskpro lets you configure helpdesk authentication the way you want it. Active Directory can be the sole source of login credentials, or you can offer it alongside standard Deskpro accounts. Once you've connected your helpdesk to your Active Directory, you can use the Auto Sync option to keep your accounts updated automatically. But you can also manually sync records at any time.
