Installation Service

If you need to get your On-Premise helpdesk up and running with the minimum of time spent on server administration, we offer a managed installation service.

Our experienced technician will install DeskPRO on your chosen platform, so you're left with a helpdesk that runs smoothly from day one. Note that this service covers installation only, not configuration that can be done from within the DeskPRO web interface such as setting up ticket email accounts or creating agents.

To carry out this service, we'll need root/Administrator access to your server.

Upgrade Service

We've added over 60 substantial features in the last year. We know that setting aside the time to do a major upgrade can be difficult, but you're also missing out features that will save you time and improve the quality of your support.

We can carry out a managed upgrade for you. An experienced technician will bring your helpdesk up to date with the latest version.
