You can enable Active Directory login for agents only, users only or both agents and users.
Active Directory can be the sole source of login credentials, or you can offer it alongside standard DeskPRO accounts, or any of 20 other supported authentication sources.
Once you've connected your helpdesk to your Active Directory, you can use the Auto Sync option to keep your helpdesk accounts updated automatically.
You can also manually sync records at any time.
