What is Help to Grow: Digital?

The Help to Grow: Digital scheme aims to give SMEs across the UK the tools they need to grow. Research shows that technology can increase sales by around 18% per employee over the course of three years.

Free, online support will teach businesses how technology can help them save time and money. As well as offering vouchers for 50% off productivity enhancing digital technologies, like Deskpro, that build customer relationships and increase sales.

Eligibility

Is your business eligible for a 50% discount on Deskpro's software?

To be granted a digital technologies voucher by HM Government's Help to Grow: Digital scheme, your business must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Company Size

Have between 1 and 249 employees.

2. Registered Business

Be registered in the UK at the relevant Companies House or are a registered society listed on the Financial Conduct Authority's Mutuals Register.

3. Trading for 12 months

Have been trading for more than 12 months prior to the application date.

4. New Customer

Be purchasing the approved software for the first time, businesses are not permitted to purchase software they already own or have an active subscription to.

A voucher worth 50% off Deskpro software

Eligible businesses can benefit from a voucher that covers the cost of 50% off digital technologies, to a maximum of £5,000, for the first 12 months.

Free, impartial online support

The scheme offers free and impartial online guidance and support for SMEs to help identify their digital technology needs. Including accessing technology purchasing options and implementing new technologies into their operations.
