Introduction:

The DeskPRO User Interface is designed to fit the style of your site. The Portal editor makes it easy to add your own header and footer HTML, upload your logo, set your color scheme or modify the CSS. If you want to make deeper changes; every single page that DeskPRO generates is driven by templates that you can change – you have complete control over the layout of your helpdesk.

If you don’t need the full DeskPRO user interface, you can either embed a ticket form in your website using a couple of lines of javascript, or implement the popup wizard which gives you a simple helpdesk like experience within a small popup window.
