Even if you're somewhat familiar or completely new to DeskPRO, our training program is designed to help you make the most of your purchase. From basic usage to complex configurations, our training program will help you get used to using DeskPRO's many features.
Why do I need training?
Not everyone needs training, and it isn't something required to use DeskPRO. However, there are some people who get overwhelmed with the many facets that make up our software application, causing confusion and frustration. We developed this training course to help guide customers around the software so that they will be able to log in and perform any task they need to do without spending the time trying to figure out where everything is. In three hours, you will learn more than enough about DeskPRO to be able to efficiently utilize your installation and provide the best service for your customers.
How it works.
The training course last only three hours, broken up into three distinct sections:
- 20 Minutes for the user interface
- 1 Hour to go over the tech interface
- 1 Hour, 30 Minutes to go over the admin interface
- Any remaining time will be reserved for general questions.
There can be up to 9 participants in one training session. We use a service called Yugma so that everyone involved can be at their own computer to view the training demonstration. The training session is done on a working installation so that you can see concepts in action right before you.
