The Sub Techs plugin is a specialised plugin giving you the ability to transform normal helpdesk users into sub-techs, allowing them to
perform basic tech functions.
This plugin is of most use to companies with resellers, where your end users may also be supporting other end users.

- Sub-techs are notified by email whenever a ticket is assigned or updated. If the user gateway is enabled,
they can reply to these notifications to reply to the ticket.
- The plugin is meant to be integrated with existing systems. We provide a hook for your custom PHP code
so you can automatically create these sub-tech users, and automatically assign tickets to them.
- You can also create sub-techs and assign tickets to them manually.
