The Billing lets you manage payments right from within DeskPRO, as well as other useful features like automatic per-ticket fees and support plan subscriptions.
Features At A Glance
- Using advanced billing rules for tickets, you can charge users a new-ticket fee based on a wide variety of criteria. For example, you can charge extra for the "Emergency" priority, or give discounts to users in the "Gold Membership" usergroup.
- Create user subscription plans to promote users to premium usergroups.
- Add any arbitrary charge to a users account for custom work or time fees.
- Users can view their invoices and pay them using PayPal (more processors coming soon).
- Simple REST-based API lets you integrate DeskPRO's billing features into your own applications.
Purchase
Once you're ready to purchase, head to your Members Area. The purchased plugin has no limits at all, and you get a lifetime of free updates as long as your DeskPRO members area access is valid.

Requirements
This plugin requires:
- DeskPRO version 3.4.1 or later.
- PHP must be compiled with PDO-MySQL. PDO is not required by DeskPRO but is required for this plugin -- be sure your server meets this requirement before purchasing.
