A SSL certificate enables all helpdesk actions over secure https protocol. The certificate can be for your subdomain, domain or for our subdomain.
- Copyright Removal : $30/tech/month
If you wish to remove the copyright notice that appears at the footer of Managed DeskPRO pages a doubling of the per tech seat charge is applicable. This option enables complete private label of your helpdesk installation when combined with installation under your own domain name e.g. www.companysupport.com.
