DeskPRO can let you save time from having to type out the same thing every day by having the response inserted with a simple click, and even organize them into categories. With the easy to use interface, you can create and use quick replies right away!

Categories and Entries

When you create quick reply entries, you can specify the category that it will appear under. Besides general organizational usage, you can create categories to specify departments or specific purposes. Creating a category also gives you to option to make it global or not, so you can decide if everyone can use it, or just you (personal quick replies). Managing your entries is extremely easy, as they are all listed together so that editing one or more can be done in groups.


Quick Replies and Tickets

Ultimately, quick replies are made for tickets. All quick replies that are available to you appear on the right side of the reply box for convenience, and using the drop-down menu, you can switch between categories which will load automatically in place. Once you select a reply, insert it into the box, and send, you're on your way to move on and work on another ticket.
