Collaboration made easy

Ticket participants are a simple way to share a ticket with multiple people without needing to have multiple tickets. For example, if a company has an issue that requires more than one person (a manager and a staff member), one member can submit a ticket, and add one or more as participants to the ticket, even if they don't have an account on your DeskPRO installation by using their email address. Not only can they view the issue, they can also reply to it as well.


Working efficiently

Participants of tickets do not work just for users, but also for techs. Much like user participants, tech participants can also reply and view the ticket instead of assigning/reassigning a ticket back and forth. This is useful if the issue at hand requires more than one person to come to a solution, or even simply as a teaching tool to help new staff learn the ropes of how issues are dealt with.
