Any action, big and small, performed on a ticket is instantly logged and cannot be viewed unless that tech has the correct permissions. The records are exact, as they keep track of time, date, day, as well as who the action was performed by and what it was that they did. If ever there was an issue between staff or users of anything happening with a ticket, the log will be able to state what really happened. It's a fantastic feature where time and action is important.
