Keeping track of tickets efficiently
DeskPRO comes with some tools to help you keep on top of any changes that goes on with tickets depending on how you set your specific (per-tech) options. When you're not logged in, you can receive email notifications whenever a user replies to a ticket, a ticket has been assigned to you, added as a participant, and when a ticket of a certain priority or in a certain category is replied to or new. When you're using DeskPRO, you can specify sound alerts to let you know a new ticket has entered the system. This particularly helpful if you are dealing with one ticket and wondering if a change has occurred elsewhere concerning tickets.
