Training
If you're new to DeskPRO or if you think you're an expert, you'll learn something
new from our training program!
Why take the training program?
DeskPRO is a feature-packed piece of software. Customers use it for a variety
of applications, from the most simple helpdesks to the most unique and specific
support centers.
To jump start your DeskPRO experience, let us take you through every aspect of the
software. In our training program we will demonstrate every feature, explain every
setting and answer any questions you have. By the time the program is over you'll be
a DeskPRO expert!
How It Works
The training program lasts 3 hours:
- 20 minutes to demonstrate the user interface.
- 1:00 to go over the tech interface.
- 1:30 to go over the admin interface.
- Any remaining time can be used for general Q&A.
You can invite up to 9 different participants.
We use a service called Yugma so that
each participant can view the screen of a DeskPRO team memebr. The presenter
will demonstrate on a live, working installation of DeskPRO so you can fully
grasp each concept.
For audio support, you simply call a phone number to be added to a conference with
the presenter and each participant. We also accept Skype conferences instead, if your company prefers.
