To take advantage of the many new features of PHP5 we have decided that effective February 5th, 2008, new versions of DeskPRO will only be developed and supported for PHP versions 5.2 and greater.

We will continue to support DeskPRO versions already released prior to February 5th, 2008 running on PHP4 and earlier PHP5 versions. Only new versions released after February 5th, 2008 are affected.

While we had planned to shift development to PHP5 for a while, the date choosen is part of an industry wide movement to PHP5 adoption, coordinated by the GoPHP5.org website.
