DeskPRO User Features

User Experience

We've spent countless hours making DeskPRO's user interface
as easy to use and intuitive as possible. The user experience can sometimes be the deal-breaker, so all of the information needs to be accessible and readily available within just a few clicks. If the information is not already available, then the user needs to be able contact you for help as easily as possible. This is what we had in mind when developing the user interface.

While DeskPRO itself is a feature-rich product with a vast array of customizable subsystems, the end-user is always presented with a simple and elegant interface that helps them find the information they need quickly, and submit questions easily.

User Profile

The user profile
is where the user can change basic settings like their name, password or email address. Each user account can have multiple email addresses
, so a user can submit tickets and track them using several different email accounts.

The user profile also keeps track of knowledgebase subscriptions
. A user can subscribe to specific articles, or entire categories and be notified of changes or new articles.
