When sharing users, DeskPRO uses vBulletin's database to look up member information. This means that
your members never have to create two accounts to use in each system. When a user
signs up in vBulletin, they automatically gain access to the DeskPRO helpdesk with the same
username, email and password. If a user changes his or her password or email address in vBulletin,
the changes are reflected in DeskPRO.
Shared Sessions
On top of granting access to all of your vBulletin members, DeskPRO can also tell when a user
is coming from vBulletin and automatically log them in when they enter your helpdesk. By
removing the need for a second login, your users are more likely to use the resources you
